Wooden finials serve both functional and aesthetic purposes. Decorative finials are often added to the top of posts or as ends on a curtain rod. For use on newel posts, finials are often fitted with a dowel rod that is inserted into a hole in the post. Wooden finials are also often used on staircase railings for both decorative use and to prevent catching or snagging.

Smaller wooden finials and wooden end caps can be used with curtain rods to accentuate any décor. They can be custom-made to your exact specifications and come in a wide variety of wood species.
