SHAPED WOOD PARTS are generally made on CNC routers or shapers and would encompass a large variety of components. These would be flat wood parts custom made to your specs with the option of selecting from a number of domestic woods.

We have the ability to dip and spray finish on a production basis. At the same time, we can incorporate fittings to your part to facilitate the final assembly into your product.

BENT WOOD PARTS can be solid wood or plywood and would be made to your specifications. Prime uses would be for brush handles or for curved chair parts or displays.
